Solar Panels Installed at The Fieldhouse

Thank You!

Words cannot describe the selflessness of Mr. Max Arte who graciously donated his time and skills to install solar energy panels atop The Fieldhouse. Please join us in thanking Mr. Arte, his family, and The Cheerful Hearts Foundation for hosting and supporting them in this task!

Mr. Arte spent the last week at the Fieldhouse with his daughters, Kaha and Kafiya of The Fieldhouse Project. He has over 20 years of experience working as an engineer with United Nations. Thank you Mr. Arte, for helping us commit to lasting sustainability.

What does this mean for The Fieldhouse?

Unfortunately, Ghana's infrastructure has not improved fast enough to support the growing demand for electricity. Because the Fieldhouse is equipped with solar energy, programs can count on continuous power with minimal long term cost and minimal impact to the environment.
